  1. Nice to see another scottish biker on wordpress. New baby permitting will you be going to the EAster Egg run this year? If not send your photographers, it will be a grand day out if last year was anything to go by.

Looking forward to the Bike Show on Saturday.

  2. Hi Weegie, I’m hoping to attend the MAG run on the 8th April, are you gonna be there?

I’m looking forward to the Motorcycle Show at Ingliston as well, my wife was hoping to go but she’s not going to bother now as she’s getting tired very quickly now. I’m under orders to take loads of piccies!!

  3. You have an interesting blog
I would be glad to collaborate with you.
So here is a question for you: Can we carry out a link trade,
I mean your and my blog: http://cigmarlboromiles.blogspot.com/

It would be nice to receive the answer to my letter.

Found your site as I am considering changing from my VFR750F to a BMWr1100S, or a Versys or a DL650.

  8. Hey..hows it going?
Great blog and so nice to keep in with whats going on back home. (I’m living in the states now but originally from Edinburgh).

Looks like the show at Ingilston (spelling?) was a good one. From your piccie, I could see 3 good reasons for going..The Ducatti being one of them. ;-)

Also, do you have a links section? I’m in the process of setting up me blog and would love to do some reciprocal linking?

    ACE!
    Chris

  9. Hey,

Just wanted to stop in and ask if you had any opinions on the 2008 Kawasaki Versys. I’ve been a member of KawasakiVersys.com for a few weeks and of course everyone their swears by em but I’m not sold on it just yet. The guys are a great group but they’re a bit biased. lol

Anwho, I’d love to see a post about your thoughts about the new versys…

Ride safe and keep up the great work on the blog!

  10. Hey Craig,

Great website and it’s nice to see a fellow Scot pouring a lot of time in to a very informative website.

I had an incoming visit from your site as my website was at the bottom of one of your luggage reviews, and decided to check it out.

If you don’t mind can you add my site to your links? My website is about me and my experience with my bike and my day to day life with it. i started it before I even learnt to ride and have kept it up for over a year and a half. There is reviews of the gear I have, as well as the places I go and the things I see and have happen to me.

I would really appreciate it, however if you dont want to, it’s no problem.

Thanks for a great site and keep up the good work!

    Cheers

  12. Hi folks, cheers for the comments.

Amillio, I’ll have a review of the 2007 Versys online sometime soon.

Chris, the Ingliston show was good fun. Yeah the bikes were nice too! ;<)) How’s the blog coming on, got it up and running yet?

    Cheers

  13. Hello,

I’m visiting Scotland on a motorcycle tour from the 23rd till the 30th of august.

I’m looking for tips to make my trip as pleasant, beautifull and interesting as possible.

Should I follow the coast-line all around Scotland? Are there central spots I should not miss? Are there typical places to stay or eat? Do you as Scotsman have secret places, events,…. you would like to share?

Thanks in advance for some local tips.
